The cover of the current issue of Inc., "The Magazine for Growing Companies" shouts "Bring on the Entrepreneurs!" Inside is its report "Revitalizing the American Dream."

It's a must-read. Small businesses are the real job creators in this country; that's well-documented. Inc.'s report lays out its plan to create a million new jobs. It gives a very practical view of issues such as taxes, immigration, energy policy, manufacturing, education, finance and so on. It's really something all politicians, local, state or federal, should carry in their pockets and refer to every day. With all the posturing and political rancor these days, it's great to see some well-thought ideas.
