Benefits

We offer a competitive benefit package:

  • Medical/Health coverage – you can choose from two plans including HMO and PPO. We pay 100% of your premium. You can add dependents and domestic partners at your cost.
  • Dental – we offer a competitive plan that includes orthodontia. We pay 100% of your premium. You can add dependents and domestic partners at your cost.
  • We offer a $250 annual allowance for eye exams and/or corrective lenses.
  • Supplemental Insurance Products – Life, Disability and other Aflac products are available at your cost.
  • 401(k) – you can contribute any amount as a payroll deduction up to the legal limits set each year. You do not pay Federal income tax on this amount (you will pay tax when you withdraw money from the Plan, presumably at retirement). We match your contributions according to our profitability. The company contributions are vested over a five-year period.
  • ESOP – we have established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Stock sales to the ESOP are at the discretion of the current ownership, but each eligible employee has the potential to become a stockholder of the company. This is also a retirement plan, with a six-year vesting period.
  • Matching Gifts – when you make a donation to a tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization or public or private educational institution, we will contribute an equal amount in your name, up to $500 annually.
  • Vacation/Sick Leave – you begin accruing immediately. You receive 15 days total per year. After five years, you will receive 20 days.
  • Paid Holidays – 10 in 2010.
  • Professional Advancement – we pay the expense of required continuing education and participation in related professional organizations.
