Pacific Coast E & S Services may accumulate information from consumer reporting agencies, public records and data-collection agencies, in addition to your application for insurance. This can include such information as your name, address, telephone and facsimile numbers, age, e-mail address, insurance coverage, transaction history, claims history and premiums paid.

Pacific Coast E & S Services does not disclose any non-public information about our customers or former customers to anyone except as outlined above or as is permitted by law.

Pacific Coast E & S Services may collect information as we deem appropriate to determine eligibility for coverage, to process claims, to prevent fraud, and is authorized by you or is otherwise permitted or required by law.

Pacific Coast E & S Services restricts access to non-public information about our customers to those of our staff who need to know that information in order to provide services to you.
